Stuck on "Connecting" status

If your TRENDnet router is stuck on the current status of "Connecting" it is likely due to a time mismatch on your router. Here are the steps to correct the issue.

 

  1. Login to the UI of your TRENDnet router
  2. Click Administrator
  3. Click System

Under system properties > general settings, click "sync with browser" or better yet, enable the NTP client and add a server URL (pool.ntp.org is a great option).
