How many account administrators can I have?

For privacy and security reasons, we can only offer limited support to callers who are not administrators on your Router Limits account. To add someone to your account, do the following:

  • Login to your account at
  • Click on your name in the top right corner
  • Select 'Profile Page'
  • Change the 'First Name' to include any additional people you would like have on your account (e.g., Bob and Sally)
  • Press Save

Now when contacting support, we can fully support Bob or Sally.
