Troubleshooting unstable or slow WiFi

If you just setup your Router Limits enabled hardware, with the same WiFi name and password you have been using, and are experiencing unstable or slow WiFi, it is likely that there are two networks interfering with each other.

Here are a couple of things to check:

1) Did you turn off the wireless network on your modem? If not, contact your internet provider to help you or follow the instructions in the product manual of your router.

2) If you replaced a stand alone router with a Router Limits enabled router, be sure that it is unplugged and no longer broadcasting.
