Have you noticed that a device is no longer showing history?
Make sure the device in question shows that it is online.
- Go to "Devices and Groups"
- Find the device in the list
- Green means online, red means offline
- Click the menu icon and "More Information" to see additional details
If the device is offline, make sure you are connected to the correct network/wifi. You may also need to power the device off and on again.
If the device shows that it is online, try going to a few random websites and search for them in the history. You may also need to power the device off and on again.
