History missing or not tracking

Have you noticed that a device is no longer showing history?

Make sure the device in question shows that it is online.

  1. Go to "Devices and Groups"
  2. Find the device in the list
  3. Green means online, red means offline
    • Click the menu icon and "More Information" to see additional details

If the device is offline, make sure you are connected to the correct network/wifi. You may also need to power the device off and on again. 

If the device shows that it is online, try going to a few random websites and search for them in the history. You may also need to power the device off and on again.
